Lead Pastor
Jake Rayford
jake@foundationch.org
Pastor Jake and his wife bring more than a decade of faithful, hands-on ministry experience to Foundation. Pastor Jake has served in multiple pastoral roles that have prepared him for his calling as Lead Pastor here at Foundation. Other than being a husband and a father, his greater joys are seeing lives transformed by the love of Jesus Christ.
